At the age of 26 he became one of the youngest head coaches in the NCAA. Alongside his coaching duties he has served as a college athletic administrator as well as a professor in Strategic Leadership in Sport. After successfully leading two collegiate baseball programs, Justin left the coaching ranks to spend more time with  his family and launch Stay The Course Leadership.
