One of the tools we all have is our breath. Learning to manage stress helps us to love our leadership and life in so many ways!
We'll start the day with Karen Fasulo, Certified Breathwork Instructor, sharing :
- A brief introduction on the science around why changing our breath will benefit our mind and bodies.
- Learn simple breathing techniques that you can incorporate into your daily routine.
- Releasing stress, brain fog, and fatigue, setting you up for a successful day.
- Experience a breathwork session
SESSION
Clarifying Your Vision and Mission
David McGlennen will lead a session to help you gain clarity on your vision for your life and leadership.
Having a clear vision for what success looks like is one of the keys to truly loving your life, your leadership and your growth journey.
Throughout the day, you will have opportunities to define your vision and mission for your next season.
David will also share his vision for the event and you'll get to experience a vision setting experience.

Dr. Kimberly Hambrick will bring a session on the Law of The Inner Circle from John Maxwell's seminal work, The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership.
Ever wonder why having your own Inner Circle is so important? Kimberly will bring a session on this most important leadership law. Â

The dynamic duo of David McGlennen and Andy Hall will facilitate an actual Inner Circle process with you. Â
So for this part of the day, you will want to have an issue, or a topic or a challenge that you want help thinking through and navigating.
You will get to experience what it is like to have (in Napoleon Hill's terminology) the Third Mind help you gain insights.

I'm the founder of the Inner Circle Summit and am passionate about growing leaders and companies. I am an entrepreneur who has run multi-million dollar budgets and been part of startup companies where the pace was fast and furious. Â
I know what it's like to be a heat-seeking missile trying to grow a business, build a family and keep it all together without crashing and burning.
Now it's my mission to make an impact with leaders of all types to create the life of their dreams rather than dreaming about life.
